Additional Notes: This Lycoming YIO-360-M1B aircraft engine had a full disassembly inspection and IRAN per Lycoming Service Bulletin No. 475C and AD Note 91- 14-22 along with the installation of a brand new prop after a high-power ground-start incident that picked up the tail of the plane resulting in a prop-strike. The motor was removed, disassembled and inspected/repaired by renowned aircraft engine shop Zephyr Aircraft Engines.
New roller-tappets were installed along with new piston-rings with a fresh honing of the cylinders. Exhaust valves on cylinders 1 & 2 were replaced. All steel parts were cleaned, inspected and magnafluxed with penetrant dye. New main bearings, rod bearings/bolts and more installed. Please see the engine log for a complete list of parts that were replaced along with the inspection and certification documents for the engine case, crankshaft and engine parts.
*Zephyr Aircraft Engines provides a 1-year/250-hour warranty that is in effect through 08/23/2024.
A brand new Zero-Time MT Propeller MTV-12-B 3-Blade prop was installed as well. There was zero damage to anything else. It is important to note that the MTV-12-B is a Wood/Composite prop and they dissipate energy during a non-scheduled rapid disassembly event versus aluminum.

The plane is in excellent and like-new condition and is ready to fly. The craftmanship and documentation of this aircraft is exceptional.
